Our Mission

We foster a greater passion for missions by partnering with churches through Missions Conferences, Missions Emphasis Sundays, and opportunities to share the burden and vision of reaching the world for Christ.

We travel to mission fields to teach, train, encourage, and work alongside national church leaders and emerging leaders. Through these visits, we seek to strengthen ministries and help advance the Gospel.

We assist missionaries by providing opportunities for rest, renewal, consultation, and encouragement. Our desire is to help missionaries remain spiritually and emotionally strengthened as they continue their ministry.

We help cultivate a heart for missions among the next generation by partnering with Christian colleges and students to promote missions awareness and encourage future servants of Christ.

We inspire and encourage missionaries through personal visits both at home and on the mission field, offering fellowship, support, and practical assistance as they serve the Lord.

With over 40 years of marriage and 39 years of pastoral experience, he brings a wealth of ministry experience and a deep passion for serving others. Together with his wife, he has been blessed with five children and ten grandchildren. Throughout his years of ministry, he has had the opportunity to make numerous trips to mission fields around the world, ministering to missionaries and national believers while providing encouragement, support, and fellowship.

We strive to demonstrate spiritual, organizational, and financial transparency with all of our ministry partners. We believe trust is built through honesty, accountability, and faithful stewardship.

We strive to reproduce healthy, biblical churches rather than simply expand our own organization. Our desire is to see churches established that can faithfully carry out the Great Commission and reproduce themselves.

We strive to encourage a national identity within the countries where we serve. Our goal is not to create dependence on an outside culture, but to help establish churches and leaders who are rooted in their own communities and equipped to serve effectively.

We strive to emphasize independence rather than dependence in our relationships with national pastors, church planters, and local churches. We seek to encourage biblical leadership, self-supporting ministries, and churches that are equipped to fulfill God's purpose in their own communities.

We strive to honor one Person above all others—the Lord Jesus Christ. Every ministry effort, partnership, and decision exists to bring glory to Him.
